Deliverables

Coverage your team can work with

Brand and campaign coverage

Collect mentions of your organization, products or announcements across an agreed source list. Retain publication names, dates and links so your team can review the coverage.

Competitor and topic monitoring

Follow named competitors or industry topics. Use agreed search terms, exclusions and tags to separate relevant stories from unrelated matches.

Mention feeds and alerts

Receive structured mention records on an agreed schedule, or define which sources and matches warrant an alert. Agree on the fields and delivery format during scoping.

How it works

From coverage brief to delivery

  1. Define coverage

Share the brands, topics and publications you care about. We agree on source access, languages, search terms and exclusions.

  2. Review sample mentions

Check relevant and irrelevant matches together. Agree how to handle ambiguous names, syndicated stories and missing publication dates.

  3. Set up delivery

Choose the fields, refresh cadence and destination. Agree which mentions need alerts and how collection gaps will be flagged.

Quality and coverage

Keep the source behind each mention

A matching keyword can refer to the wrong organization, and a syndicated story can appear across multiple outlets. Agree which matches count, how related coverage should be grouped, and which source details to keep. If a source becomes unavailable, report the gap separately from a period with zero mentions.

Common questions

Which media sources can you monitor?

We assess an agreed list, which may include online publications, trade journals, blogs and newsrooms. Coverage depends on source access and feasibility.

Can we track competitor and industry mentions?

Yes. Share names, topics and examples of relevant coverage. Search terms and exclusions can be refined during sample review.

Can we get alerts instead of a recurring feed?

We can scope alerts, scheduled feeds or a combination. Timing depends on the agreed observation cadence and source availability.
